|
|
I work at Herald Academy and every day a class must take a level test online. There is reading, grammar and listening. The test scores are sent to a database and statistics are calculated among all Herald students in Korea.
Whenever I go into the computer room to check things out I always see the Korean teacher taking the listening portion of the test for the students and giving answers to them for the grammar parts. |

My two lowest-level classes recently took a test. My supervisor and co-teacher (both Korean) asked me to stand over the kids and tell them all the answers.
Maybe your branch gets some sort of "incentive" for having higher-ranked students |

In K-land this is not cheating. Rather, it shows a high level of intelligence on the students' and teachers' parts i.e. "cunning". |
