|
|
I have a KB cheque card that gives me discounts on Gmarket. Needless to say I'd like to use it when I order. So i've gotten as far as getting to the pay section of GMarket, then I get lost. Due to the plugin not being written properly all the text is scrambled when I try to give my card details. i've found some translations here:
http://www.vpay.co.kr/home/eng/03_support/support_01_isp_demo.html
but after following that example I still get a scrambled error message.
Has anyone managed to make this work? Or was my new card a waste of time?
edit:
I've cracked it. You need to set the language in windows for non-unicode apps to Korean, then you can read the payment program. This also fixes Korean flash websites. I'm sure this breaks something, but i'm only running it a VM.
I've paid, and didn't have to go to the bank.

Honestly, paying by credit card is such a pain at gmarket. I just set up paypal and pay via that. |
