So people here have said you can apostille a CBC in the state of California. From the looks of it due to time constraint I will have to go this route.
I do NOT have the signature/seal on my CBC (I sent in two, unfortunately this one came back without them), but people have still gotten theirs done.
Could anyone please explain how they went about doing this? I remember reading something about an affidavit? Or do I just need to notarize it and then send it to SacTown?
