Would you be upset if the director of your hagwon gave away plum hours at the OT rate to his friends, people who were not even employed at the school? Would you be upset if you were not even given the minimum 30 inside of the week? Would you be miffed if some of your co-teachers robbed your resource files instead of doing their own prep? Would you feel that you were working in a professional school when your colleagues' lesson plans consisted of one word (usually 'booze,' 'motorcycles,' or 'transvestites') scribbled on the board? Would you be proud to say that you worked at a school where your colleagues had handouts for students entitled 'How to get your girlfriend to give you the perfect BJ?' Need anything else in this toxic mix? How about Korean staff who are uncooperative, nasty even, xenophobic sometimes? If you want all of this, go to work at the chain where the managers never ask themselves, 'Why be mean?'

Obviously you are a sock, so why not tell us what hakwon yu're talking about? I honestly don't know what chain is the biggest cause I haven't worked in a hagwon for about 7 years.

I think ECC/YBM, G n B, and Pagoda are the largest chains in Korea.

He didn't say "in Korea". Read it again.
