Just wondered if anyone has ever worked for any of the Sakwan schools. Im starting school in Daegu and teaching Kinder/elementary. I've heard that it's very much down to the teacher to plan lessons and create the curriculum as they don't have a very clear one. If this is the case, anyone got any advice for teaching kinder/elementary as i'm new to the game.

Thanks

Get a lot of coloring books where the students can cut and paste letters on the pictures that they color. Pictures that begin with B and then tell them the sound. I would also get lunch bags and have them cut out animals and make puppets. That age loves that. IE: Iggy inchworm. You can get patterns off the internet. There is also a pattern for wolf, etc. Make a puppet each week.
