Watch out for these guys they help you a lot the very first time you call and after that their service just tapers off. I saved 500 bucks by calling the airline directly rather than believing their quote.
First time I booked with them they phoned me up one day before I was leaving and canceled my free hotel room in Hong Kong that came with the flight. |

| Actually I have used Xanadu a couple of times and have found their services to be good value and great quality. Their communications are quick and efficient and they always have an answer. |

Seconded. Though now I use my girlfriend to find the tickets on the internet and I save about 30-50% of what I was paying at Xanadu. |

| I've used them three times. They're prompt, helpful, and professional. You give them your information and travel plans and they email you an itinerary. You evaluate it, determine if it's a good deal, then call back and confirm to them you'll take it. You send payment, they book your ticket, and you're done. Overall, great service. |

Itaewon travel agents think they can rip off foreigners becuase foreigners can't speak Korean and use the Korean sites! shameless!! |
