This is good. In Canada all the hospitals have a card with 2 dozen languages on it. They can present it to someone and they point at which one is theirs and they ring a translator. |

Whew, for a moment there I thought they were gonna force private organizations. But either way, I expect this policy to pan out like everyother. |
