What is the upper age limit for teachers in SMOE? and Gepik? and Epik?
Is it age 55 for all of them?

I think that might be the age limit - according to guidelines prescribed for all government sponsored programs - for hiring new teachers.
There may be some pressure on schools to not re-sign teachers already in a government-sponsored program who are older than that, but I think it's on a case-by-case basis.
At least that's my understanding, based on personal experience and limited information. |

| I think hagwans can hire any age they like, but I don't know if that option would suit you or not. |
