There are jobs. Get an employment letter by asking nicely, get in touch with recruiters.
Best of luck. You don't want to stay if they are forcing you out.

Also, your contract is with the school, and they can do whatever they damn well please as long as they're not firing you to get out of giving you your severance - within reason, of course.
And again, if they're forcing you out, do you really want to work there? |
