I've always thought this was a dumb idea. It doesn't take an IQ in double figures to realise that watching TV whilst driving is a really stupid thing to do. The article says that it was a factor in 200 accidents. I wonder if that was in Seoul. I'd be truly astonished if it was 10 times that amount.
