is it ok just to have the two apostille stamps?

I have been told my documents are ok to be apostilled straight away but am wary about there being no notarised signatures. My agency doesn't actually know.

Will there be any problems?

Thanks

your police check will only need the apostile from the FCO in the UK. Nothing else as you must submit the original.
Degree certificate: if you are sending the original you only need the apostile from the FCO. However if youa re sending a photocopy then it must be certified by a notary/solicitor as a genuine photocopy before the FCO will apostile it.

I suggest using a solicitor rather than a notary. Notary = 80 per page. Solicitor = 5 per page!

good luck
