I've bought something on ebay, it is used. I didn't have a laptop and I needed one. I've bought it because the seller had 100% positive feedback. It's also not a new model, but still a good quality item.

I've bought a Dell Latitude D600 Notebook Laptop (XP operating system). The seller said it was in mint condition, he even offered buyers the option of trying it out before purchase.

I've paid just under 139 pounds in total for it. It arrived yesterday by Fedex. The seller said it would arrive by Monday/Tuesday.

I feel very happy because it was cheap but works well and is in good condition. I love my new laptop.

My first laptop was a Toshiba model. I paid 700 quid for it and it went downhill after just 2 years. I am never going to pay that sort of money for a laptop ever again. I only use them for the internet and microsoft office applications.

What have you bought that was terrific value for money?

I love a good deal. Laughing

A flight out of Korea to London - 350000 won with British Airways.

I loved it as much as you love your laptop! Laughing

Your most interesting post since you described your bathing rituals. I guess you don't get out much.

Two things.

A bike that I put between 15 and 20 thousand miles on it. It was last year's models must go sale and I got a great deal. It was amazing. The gearing was perfect. I rode like silk. It had quick release tires that actually worked. That bike made me a cyclist for many years.

My good camera. I never knew the difference until I bought it. Some things are worth whatever you pay.

I also got a girlfriend once for a pair of concert tickets that I didn't even pay for. A great deal yes, but I'm not entirely sure of the advisability of including a human in this category. Her I miss. Wonderful person.
