|
|
Bought a nintendo wii two weeks ago as a gift for my cousin. Long story short, she's not getting it anymore so I need to return it.
It hasn't been opened (actually it hasn't even come out of the shoppin bag) and I have the receipt.
Can I return it for my money? Any experiences with returns? |

| I think you can return it and get a full refund, just like anywhere. I bought something at the Gap and returned it and had no problem. |

| They may give you a store credit... but they will let you return it that's for sure. |

in department store.. YES its the department stores policy to allow refunds for customers.. so the individual stores which are privately owned must refund you...
I believe you take the product to the top floor of the department store for refunds ...
if you had bought it from a store outside of a department store.. then no.. |

Therefore, if I buy, in theory, an Xbox360, bring it home and play it for two weeks, I can return it for a store refund at worst?
Has anyone actually returned any electronic gadgets to a big department store?

If you are referring to my first thread, my wii is unopened, unused, still in shrink wrap and still in the lotte department store bag. If you are referring to your own question, i don't know the answer to that but i can ask when i return the wii |

| Ok so for a money back refund, all electronics must be returned within 12 days unopened/unused. That was what the guy told me in the Lotte Department Store. Just an FYI for those of you who are curious |
