Has anyone been able to get a Officetel in the Sinchon Area or Nearby that is willing to do Jun-sae/Cheon-sae?
Or even Whorl-Sae with more than 10Mil deposit? Say 50Mil and 300-500K Won a month.
I've found a few Officetels willing to do Cheon-Sae in Gayang and Deungchon on Line 9, but they were taken within the week.  Also dont really want to live there...
Ive visited so many budongsans lately its driving me crazy!
***Also when renters say the KWAN-RI-BI usually runs them 130-200K won a month, is this including the Water, Power, Internet, etc...??? |

| Visit nearsubway.com - the guy speaks English (Gilbert), is extremely nice and helpful. He specializes in that area, so there are probably pics, etc on that site. |

| If by KWAN-RI-BI you mean maintenance fee, my officetel in dondaemun stadium costs around 200k a month, and no that doesn't include anything else, just the fee itself. |

My KWAN-RI-BI is approx 150,000 ~ 180,000 won/month during all months except June, July, August when everyone has their aircons on....
During those summer months it goes up to 240,000 won per month...
It covers everything except gas and internet...
I use it to my advantage by running an "electric" heater constantly during all of winter - (5 months) - so everyone else is paying for my heating (electricity) whilst they are paying for their own heating (ondol gas)
