Jsut got the first round of evaluations from my students. I got a wide range of results. I teach over 400 students and I've gone through about 100 of them so far.

I have them, what do I do with them? The suggestions are all across the board. I use a lot of multimedia in my lessons. Some students want more multimedia, others want less. Some want more writing, others want more speaking.

I'm not really sure what I should do with the feedback. Yes, I would like to make some changes to my lessons and improve on them for next year, but its also impossible to give everyone what they want.

So, what do you do?

400? So I take it this is public school, not uni? If they're from school children I'd glance over them for any meaningful comments, note any good ideas down, and then toss them in the bin. Why not ask inmates what they think of their gaolers?

Right. Evaluations from kids are pretty much useless. "Teach-euh! Mo-ah game-euh!"

The conclusion that you will come to is that you can't please all the people all the time.
