Would like some information if possible.
In a couple of months I will be half way through my current contract. The pay, location etc. is not for me so I am looking for other positions.
Now, I scanned my contract and no where does it mention anything about giving notice. The only section covering termination was if teacher does this or that. But it didn't elaborate on whether it is on the spot termination or not.
If I give 30 days notice is this the legal procedure under Korean labor law? Can they do anything to disrupt, refuse etc?
BTW I work at a university.

Under K law, there is no requirement for you to give notice. |
