Yes, it will. The test checks for opiates (codeine, hydrocodone, oxycodone, etc), benzodiazepines (such as xanax, oxazepam), and stimulants such as cocaine, PCP, or meth.
There is a ton of info on the web detailing what drugs they test for. If you have a prescription for the xanax, show it to them before you take the test. |

I took 1mg Xanax two hours before taking the test and it came back clean. |

| Just show the person administering the test the prescription bottle and you'll be fine. I did that and passed. |

| I was wondering that too. I recently had surgery and had to take hydrocodone (vicodin) ... but i think i should be fine, because it was a prescription and it only last for the most 7 days in your system. |
