hello,
I am thinking of going to South Korea, specifically Incheon, however I have an allergy to peanuts and am considered about the food that is made in their restaurants.
Is there anyone living there at the moment that has an allergy to peanuts and have found ways to work around it? Are there a lot of peanut dishes served in Korean restaurants?
thanks in advance |

Are you megally allergic? Like a trace amount is enough to make you go into anaphylactic shock? If so, I would stay well clear. I had a very mild case as a child and it has gotten much better in Korea. I accidentally eat a little peanut quite often and have stopped having a reaction altogether except for an upset stomach. I used to have labored breathing and an itchy throat even from relatively small amounts. |
