I am currently level G (2.0 mil W) because of a Masters degree.

I am contracted through the end of February 2010. I just completed a TESOL certificate.

If I renew for next year, will I be at 2.2 or 2.3 mil? Can I get a bump right now from the TESOL certificate?

Thanks!

you should be able to get the pay bump right now and get 2.2 million. Just visit the SMOE office in Seodaemun. I think they close at six so your school might have to let you out an hour early. And if you renew, you'll get 2.3 million, I believe - your year of experience + your tefl cert.
