Is it legal to work for 2 schools (different location, same owner) on an E2 visa? |

Yes, BUT...
You have to apply to immigration to get the 2nd placed added to your ARC.
You will need to apply for an addition to your place of work.
Application
passport
ARC
60k won fee
business registration from 2nd location
(proof that it is in fact owned by the same person)
letter from the owner indicating that you will be expected to work at both schools.
If it is in fact NOT the same owner it can still be done but the paperwork is a bit different.
It is easiest if the owner goes with you to immigration.
If you do it WITHOUT the approval (in advance) from immigration you are (unless it is a public school within the same district) in violation of immigration laws as they pertain to your E2 and subject to any or all of: fines, potential loss of your E2, immigration black mark (means visa run to your home country every time you change jobs), etc., if you are caught.
