As many of you have already learned the secrets of using your best students to help teach the class, I've run into an interesting situation.

I've got this fourth grader, kind of a little tyrant, has completely taken over the class.

It simply started with her helping the slower students, but she quickly made the class her own.

I'm talking about her teaching two 40 minute classes in a row from begining to end.

The kids respect her and they listen to her.

If I try and put my two cents into the class she quickly puts me in my place, which is here behind the computer.

I'm going to video tape this cause I'm sitting here watching the class and I can't believe it.

Somedays, I just love my job. Very Happy

As long as you're still the one getting paid it sounds like a pretty ideal situation.

We need to clone her and get one of her into every classroom. This is our NSET end.

Yeah, I'm going to tape it next Monday. Unfortunately, I only have this class once a week. It's friggin hilarious. She even has stars on the board for good behavior and she also makes them put their hands up on their heads when they're bad.

When I suggested a game, she said no, we need to study.

She even cuts the breaks short and the class runs past the alloted 40 minutes.

Stay tuned!

Wow, she's a natural teacher.

Quite cute. I can't wait to see this video.

I got one of those in one of my 6th grade classes, not a straight teacher, but more of a "discipline officer". I mean I'm pretty good at laying down the law, but this girl puts the fear in them that she will go after them even once class is done.

Don't you mean this is the end of the NSET? Because if I were a GEPIK official I'd be thinking why are we paying someone 2.5 million a month when we can get it done for free? Very Happy
