If you renew with SMOE but change schools, do you still get the bump in pay for having the one year experience? Or that only if you renew with the same school?
If you have already put in the year and you put in a new desired location, will SMOE actually consider your preferences? |

This is what I'm wondering too. Right now I'm at a hs. I want to move down to a elementary school |

1. Of course you'll get a bump in pay.
2. There's a 50% chance SMOE will allow you to change schools/levels. They really couldn't be bothered for the most part so don't get your hopes up. |
