Hello,

If I currently am unemployed, have an F-4 visa, and live in either Anyang or Ansan (both in Gyeonggido), to which government office do I need to go in order to obtain my ARC (Seoul, Suwon, else)?

FYI, I did my due diligence/search, but came up empty. However, thanks to the research mainly on this forum, I have all the necessary documents, forms, photos, etc.
