You need to get to Gangbyeon station (SE corner of line 2)

Then it is about a 10 minute cab ride depending on traffic

If you get off at Gangbyeon station (Line 2), there's a free shuttle bus that will take you to the hotel, and it's also available from the Gwangnaru stop on line 5. (Check the website- http://www.wseoul.com/)

If you 'look' foreign, you don't need to show anything (unlike Lucky 7 at COEX) to get in.

There is one 5,000 won minimum table, but it's usually full. The two 10,000 minimum tables also are pretty busy on weekends, not too bad on weekday mornings and early afternoons.

As far as I know, the free taxi thing is only for the Texas Hold 'Em tables. Never seen the 5000W table, but haven't been on the look out for it.

To go to Walker Hill, the closest subway station is Gwangnaru. You get out through exit 2 and once outside you cross the street, then turn left and walk about 1 or 2 minutes. The bus stop for Walker Hill's free shuttle bus is almost next to the city bus' stop. You can't miss it!

When you get there, show your passport at the entrance to get yourself a membership card made, and every time you play at a table show your card. It gives you "mileage" and when you reach 10,000 won you can exchange it for free chips. I didn't check very often and when I asked I had enough for 30,000 won!

If you've got friends with you, one of you makes a card, then you all walk around for a few minutes and go back to have your friend make a card with you. You will "sponsor" him, so that will give you 30,000 won worth of "bonus chips". It's actually 3 cards worth 10,000 won each. You play the card and if you win they exchange the card for 10,000 won worth of chips, but if you lose you just lose the card, nothing more.

When you're playing at a table, food is free and beverages are free. Just ask for the menu if you want to see what's available. If you want to have a meal (free), you must order at the table before going to the "restaurant".

Good luck!
