Hi guys. I have a phone interview with SMOE this Friday, 20th Nov. My recruiting agency gave me some questions that SMOE might ask me. Jon Pak will be the interviewer. I was told by the recruiter that I'm not advised to be too picky or demanding. She said that first impression is very important. Can anyone give me any advices for this interview? I'm quite nervous at this stage..
I hope it goes well... I'm so desperate to get this job..

prepare well your reasons for wanting to teach in korea, what your educational philosophy is, what you would do if there were a cultural issue at school, what you would do if a kid was misbehaving in class. if you have teaching experience already, maybe think of some specific situations of you going above and beyond for a student.
and most importantly, don't act freaky. |
