Large room for rent just around the corner from Phillies bar. Excellent location, sunny, roomy place with a big kitchen and living room, bathtub, plenty of storage space, and open balcony. Lots of light and real wooden floors. The room is currently furnished with a bed, big desk, TV stand, TV, and chest of drawers, all of which my roommate is willing to sell at a reasonable price. Rent is 390,000 a month and key money is 1.5 million (negotiable). Move in date is December 10th, but arrangements can be made if my new roomie needs a place to stay.

About myself: I am laid-back, clean, social, honest, and considerate. I like to have parties and have people over sometimes, but nothing too ridiculous. I'm looking for someone clean, laid back and respectful. I like to keep my private life private, so I'm looking for someone who will respect my privacy.
