|

Im trying to do a movie lesson to perk my morning supplementary class up, so figured id get them watching a dvd. I want to give them a choice and make the first few lessons an exercise in telling me what movie they want to watch and why. I brought movies from the UK just in case, but then today i suddenly realised that Korea is region 3.
I need info on whats available (i think little miss sunshine or juno might be fun movies, for example, but not entirely sure on their availability). I live in a pokey little town with no dvd shops nearby by the way.
So more than likely ill be stuck with having to er, improvise. Anyone know an improvising website
Failing that a website with maybe big movie releases in korea on dvd from july to october? |

You might look for crappy little video shops which carry VCDs. They are often classic western movies with Korean subtitles in them and will be very cheap. As VCDs are old technology, the subtitles can't be switched off, but they are usually playable in DVD players. The downside is that you will not see newer releases. |
