|
so i know i could donate my clothes to salvation army or beautiful store here, but i heard you can make decent money by selling your used designer clothes to some second hand shops in apkujeong. even the things that do not seem as high end like Zara are worth a good amount at these places. problem is i am not all too familiar with the apku area, and i was wondering if anyone here knows the names of these place and how to get there. any leads? |

Pawn shops might take them; I know they take jewelry and accessories like purses, but I'm not sure about clothes. There are a bunch in Apgujeong (and they're becoming ever more popular since the economy went bad last year) and a million around the casino in Kangwon-do that Koreans can go to (they go crazy, sell everything they own, then lose it all gambling).
Beyond that, good luck: Koreans don't really do second-hand anything, even cars a lot of the time, because the perception is that only poor people buy used goods. |
