Anyone who is married to or a dependent family member of someone who is a legal resident (has an ARC) and is NOT a Korean citizen.
In easy terms, the wife or children of a foreigner who is a legal resident of Korea.
It is single entry - but you can get a multi-entry permit at the same time they apply for their own ARC. |
