KT tell me my new building doesn't have fiber optic cabling for a 100mb/sec connection. Only 10mb/sec... eeeeek!!! 
What other options are there for high-speed internet? |

| Are you picking up any wireless signals? There are some all around seoul wifi services, don't know how fast they are. |

I'm actually getting 2.3mbps with a public wifi signal... I just don't know how reliable it is and how long it will last. If it is permanent, I will be very happy not to get a line installed
