Yeah it's winter and aircon is probably the furthest thing from your mind, but when I bought this really sweet unit back in June (yeah, it's just 5 months old) I thought I'd be here for a bit longer... Well, summer vacation in California brought up a lucrative opportunity, so after nearly six years, I'll be out of Seoul in January.

This aircon is a very nice unit. Has the glass front door with a nice design in gray that all the Koreans want. It's got power too, more than enough to cool down my 3 bedroom 22 pyoung apartment (that's the real size, not the alleged size). It blows out the top and the sides, making it easy for you to direct the cooling for maximum effectiveness.

This unit is listed as 18 pyoung (58.5m2) and has a really sweet option that you can use in winter, it has an electrostatic precipitator that helps clean the air, which is great to use all year round.

I paid 1.4 million for it back in June. I barely used it since I was away for the hottest part of the summer. It truly is like-new.

It goes to the person willing to pay the highest price. Just reply with your price, starting at 500,000. I will make the arrangements to have it delivered and installed at your house, if you want. That should cost around 50,000~100,000 if your home has everything in place for aircon.
