| Just wanted to warn those with PMP devices not to leave it plugged in the charger. I work at an office and the battery inside someone's PMP device exploded causing some serious damage to the surrounding area. I don't know what the model number was, but on the inside of the battery compartment, it said Homecast. |

Might be useful to know which kind of PMP it was.
Istation recalled their batteries for the V43/T43/M43 range about 2 years ago. They had been swelling up alarmingly.
Bursting batteries is usually a problem with the battery. Not the device. |

Right, when it's done charging, unplug the device from the charger. It's real easy to just leave it attached..I do it all the time, but after today, I'm gonna think twice about leaving things plugged in even when their already full charged. |
