Is there any english-speaking western country that is going to count their citizens abroad for their 2010 census?
No representation that I know of...but if someone else knows, post it here.
Also, any chance that Korea or anywhere else will count foreigners in their census?
Here is the thread devoted to all of that and more.... |

I don't even really know what a census is. But I filled it out. I even got an English copy after I had a talk with the lady who was knocking on my door at 8:30 every morning to make me fill it out, but then I had already filled out the Korean copy. |

I got counted in the 2006 census in Korea, and a bunch of other foreigners did as well. |

The Korean census counts foreigners.
You probably won't count in a US census, but it depends on the terms on which you are living in Korea. |
