I got lucky with my public school job, cause the workers at my school are great. I just took the first job offering my recruiter gave me.

In the future I may not be so lucky, especially if I want to try working at a hagwon.

How can one improve their odds of landing a quality job placement?

The only way is to know someone who is or was there and can give you the scoop.

Problem is that schools and co-teachers can change overnight, so what's good this year may turn out not so good next year.
