Some banks, such as KB, do WU.

If you use a western union to transfer money home, expect to be given a really hard time the next time you want to wire money through any other bank. They will insist that you have to go through that bank to send your money. One bank at a time. They can cancel it for you, but it will be a hassle.

Hmm, anybody know if Shinhan Bank does Western Union money transfers? That's the bank I use regularly. I tried that website linked above, but I can't get it to work.

I don't want to send money home. I want to send a payment to another party abroad.

It worked fine on my end; you might like to try a different computer. In any case, I checked for Shinhan, but it came up empty; for Kookmin, there were fifty results for Seoul. Here are the first ten:
