Want to move from job
2pm - 9h30pm Monday to Friday - Gyeonggi-do
5 Days vacation a year, made up of Korean National holidays, and not seperate of them.
to New job
9-4 Monday to Thursday - Ganwan-do
9-2 Friday
6 Weeks vacation - exclusive of Korean National holidays.
SAME PAY.....
In order for me to move, I need to break my contract 1 month before the end. (loss of severance okay, as boss is a nightmare)
Can my new boss and I just go to immigration and cancel my old contract?
What happens if my old boss do not want to give me a release letter?
Any legalalities that I should be aware of?? |
