I have decided I want to work at a public school. Is it ok to apply to all SMOE, GEPIK, and EPIK? I know you aren't supposed to send multiple applications to the same program, but what about to other programs?

If it's a different program it's Ok. Complications arise when recruiters have conflicting obligations to their 'employers' (not to you - you're just 'meat' - a potential 'pay off').

You owe it to yourself to 'suss out' the recruiter... who will (most likely) be less than forthcoming as to who they actually work for.

Recruiters prey on ignorance; and you should interview them. It should never be vice versa. Cool

If you go through recruiters instead of an organization directly, can't you go to as many recruiters? I have done this without any problems. 3 or 4 recruiters get me a school in the areas I would like to work in, and I choose the best one.

It depends who the recruiter is working for.
