| So, if i wanted to be really proactive about finding a position, can i apply to places on my own even though i have a recruiter? He has all my documents and i wouldnt want to go through sending all that stuff out again so i dont know how that would work. |

| Yes, you should be looking for places on your own. You'll have to reorder documents. Don't send them to anyone unless you have a signed contract in hand. |
