Where in Seoul can I buy some nice salmon fillets with the skin still on? I tried the Mullae Homeplus but they take the skin off.
Does Costco leave the skin on?
I love salmon and most fish, but think the Korean style of cooking fish is worse than wiping your arse with sandpaper.

Hey let me know where you find it... i want salmon with skin too. Costco has a beautiful salmon but it doesn't leave the skin on.

Koreans just don't know how to cook fish.. its a travesty.

I disagree. 조림, 찜, and 구이 tastes good. 매운탕 hits the spot after eating sushi.

i think Koreans cook fish well. Much better than say other countries who only batter dip and deep fry anything that lives in the water.

They also have that here dude.

I don't know what you people are on about with needing the skin still on your fillet. A properly grilled fillet is barely cooked the middle, which means you're pulling it raw. The only reason you'd want the skin still on is if you were constantly ruining your fish by overcooking it, and you need the skin to hold it together.
