Is your 360 lying flat horizontally, or is it vertical? Did you move the 360 at all while the disc was spinning?

This is a common issue, even when the 360's first launched. Did you try toothpaste?

I've had success playing scratched DATA and Music CD's using toothpaste and a clean cloth (like a tshirt). Never tried with a 360 disc.

I think you can send the disc back to the manufacturer (the company that makes the game) and they will send out a replacement.

it wasnt being moved thats for sure...but it was standing vertical when it happened (not these days since this problem)

the 360 circle scratch vids on youtube reccomend forgetting the toothpaste method only the resurface machine will fix this prob and even thats not guaranteed.

think i'll give yongsan a go and if no joy try what u mentioned about sending it back to the game manufacturer
