Yeungnam University is going through a flurry of hiring activities right now. They have apt. available on campus, otherwise they give a stipend of 450,000 to live off campus. My bf and I take the stipends and pocket the rest of the money for living expenses. It's a comfortable size for a couple.

My two room apt will be available as of December 20th. It comes with a fridge, stove top, and washer. We can leave our TV and an armoir if you're interested.

It requires 2,000,000 won deposit and then it's 420,000 a month (including water and internet). So far, my electricity and as bills have both been under 15,000 won for each month. The land lord is also super nice. She said we didn't have to find a replacement and we'd still get our deposit back, but I really want to help her out.
