| i'm looking for a new apartment...the square footage doesn't really matter, but the smell and quality of fixtures does. i've seen a lot of pictures of student apartments and more often than not, they look pretty grimy. |

| this is an impossible question to answer as ALL cities in korea have nice apts and crappy ones. |
