I'm thinking about starting an MA while I'm here. My question is: should I try to find a school from home that will let me do it here or should I apply at one of the universities here? I want to do an MA in History. More specifically, I want to focus on US-Korean relations. That's as specific as I'll be, but I think I've got a pretty good idea for a dissertation.

I earned my B.A. in History and looked for the same thing after I graduated in August. I found a Master of Arts in Military History from Norwich University. A guy who graduated in my high school class went there for his undergrad.

I strongly suspect that Korea University would be the most ideal place for studying that in Korea.

Very helpful post. Thank you.

Thanks to the others too. I look into Korea University, I just wanted to see if anyone had any experience because it might affect where I go for my next job if I do it in Seoul.
