| little while back korean banks would issue tc's but if they were lost / stolen then you had to deal with the bank directly to get reimbursed. i'm not positive but i think this has changed. can anyone confirm? |

| I get American Express tc's when I travel. If they get lost or stolen, you deal with AmEx directly, not your bank. |
