I had a korean co-worker buy a motorola v740 on auction.co.kr

the seller is now hemming and hawing saying something about me being a foreigner and I have to talk to KTF first and she won't let me have the phone.

I think that is BS but I can't tell if she doesn't want to seel it to me becuase I am a foreigner or she really thinks I cannot use the phone due to some administative rule/paperwork issue.

I'm not certain if she trying to help or protect he a55 from future problems with KTF.

So, what will KTF say about this?

KTF will let you have the phone, but she may not see that. Just get your money back and buy a cheap phone somewhere else.
