A Korean coworker/friend of mine wrote two pretty good Grammar books for elementary beginners. They're good for Korean English teachers or Gyopos as they're half Korean half English. I'm super impressed with them. He's gotten them published and they're for sale at most book stores and sites.
He said so far though, they're not exactly flying off the shelves. He's understanding out it though. It's not like they're aren't 100 grammar books published each year. He's realistic about sales, but just wanted to put his years of experience down in printed form, and I applaud him for the work he did.
I want to try and see if I can help him out with some sales (maybe earn a little under the table commission as well )
So, just wondering if anyone has ever had experience with something like this? Where would be a good place to start? |

easy, ask the publisher for a couple of free copies to give to people you know that work at schools and need a copy for a winter camp or something. If there are enough students that would buy the book, seems reasonable to me. |

If he'd wanted to sell an ESL book here, he should have NEVER written one about grammar.
Koreans hate grammar, even in their own language.
Something like, "Happy Fun Fun Super Easy Lovely English" would have probably been a much better seller. |
