So the woman and I are having our one year anniversary soon. I'd like to take her out to a nice place in Seoul for dinner. She's not so into the Seoul tower thing. I want to spend around 100 000 for a glass of wine and Western style dinner for 2.
Help me please

Zelen in Itaewon is very nice and you'll be able to afford 2 glasses of wine... Tell the waiter it's your anniversary and you'll probably get some special treatment as well... I went there for mine and we got a free desert and a nice table by the window... Call for reservations 02-749-0600
The food is really nice and the house red wine by the glass is very good. |

| The OKitchen2 (http://www.okitchen.kr/) and Villa Sortino (http://www.sortinos-seoul.com/villa/011_restaurant/011_restaurant.asp) are also worth a try. |

There was a fusion style restaurant in Hyehwa/Daehangno that I went to for a date before, but the name escapes me. It had an Italian decor and it's on the less crowded side of Daehangno (opposite SNU).
I discovered Samcheong-dong after I became single, but I would definitely go there for a dinner date. Reminded me of some of the historic downtowns in Florida where I lived. |

other than top cloud, what other high end restaurants are out there?
Is top cloud the top of the line? |

really depends on location too..
you want to have a nice dinner then step out into itaewon??
or would you rather have a nice dinner and step out on a nice cafe street with trees and european style cafes?
samchung dong (cafe street) is nice..
jeongja dong - (cafe street) in bundang is nice..
sinsa dong - carosu - (cafe street)
back of cheongdam dong is nice also, taking a walk around there after the meal..
all the places I mentioned above are nice for walking before and after the meal...
itaewon.. well I think you know the view there... |
