I am STILL waiting for my ARC and was wondering if I could convince KT to subscribe me with my passport. I have someone who could talk to them in Korean for me and tell them that my ARC is on its way, but I really need the i-net at home for work and I'm tired of being unable to work at a PC bang and listening to "our base is under attack" Starcraft sounds while I e-mail.
Anyone know if I can do this w/o my ARC? I know some persuasive Koreans... |

I doubt it but no harm in trying. Can't you get your boss to put the paper work in his name? Also consider getting an internet phone while you are at it! Cheap international calls and free monthly line rental. |

I think the only way you will get it is if a K coworker gets it in their name. KT won't do it without an ARC. |
