my question is, does anyone still use monster.com for finding jobs or did that company slow down? if you dont use monster, what company do you use to find jobs now days?

For ESL you mean or any job? I never considered using them in Korea.

For ESL you mean?

For other jobs, it's not as useful as it looks. It's extremely unlikely that an employer will hire you from a website like Monster.

I used to use Monster and only got financial scoundrels trying to get me to sell their substandard financial services on commission with no support nor salary or anything. No real jobs to be had though you do see heaps of hot professional job listings requiring 5 to 10 years industry specific experience. Much of all those impressive listings you see are nothing more than PR to look good not that they are actually hiring college grads into good jobs during this decade.

I got a decent counseling job in the states right after uni graduation through careerbuilder.com.
