What do you all think about Hopeschool? I just finished an interview and I love it! How long did it take before you were given an offer? I really hope to be placed at the Bucheon or Paju location Smile

I just finished going through all the paperwork and just sent out my documents. So far I am really impressed and am sooo excited to start. The websites look great and the person that I have been in contact with has been really kind and helpful.

...out of the few interviews I did, this was the one I wanted the most. ...I mean who wouldn't want to teach kinders/elementary in the big yellow school? I think its going to be great!

Anyways, GOOD LUCK with everything! Hopeefully everything goes well...
And let us know the results!

That's great! I asked for the Bucheon location so I could be close to my friends living there. I was just offered the job a few moments ago Smile

I am so excited!! I have to now read through the contract and ask all of my questions.

Did you see anything "fishy" in the contract?

Looks like a good place. Can you post the contract hours and working times? What about vacation time, sick days, pension, health insurance?

Hello,

you mentioned a while back that you were thinking of hopeschool, have you made a choice? Are you going there?

im now just so sketch about it...i have heard some really awful things about private schools...

They asked me on at least two occasions to go to an interview. Each time, I was a bit put off by their lame tactics.

is there anyway you can elaborate on how they had lame tatics?!

I have just heard many awful things about private schools in Korea. Not getting paid, getting fired within weeks, etc...
